Grand Pram Race from Blaenafon to the Goose & Cuckoo was a great success,
thanks to all those who took part, those who gave so generously, see our Photo Gallery.

May- Goosestock another successful event, good weather, some very good Bands, lots of great ales, a great turnout of people, see our photo gallery.

Annual Cricket Match - Goose -v- Clytha - mixed weather conditions, a great afternoon with the Goose winning for the first time ever, well done team.  

Rusty Nail Competition - Goose -v- Llanover Social Club.  This was held in August when most people were away, despite a very small team on both sides, we ended up with a Draw.  All those who came thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

August - Goosestock - unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control, (our small village was in mourning a tragic loss),  we had to cancel all our Bands.   Word obviously travelled fast, only a small number of people from further afield still came, and helped to drink the number of ales we had to offer.
